Shipping & Returns

The goods will be shipped to your adress 3-9 days delivery. If the order is placed before 14.00. During holiday periods, delivery may take up to 5 extra days, but we strive to keep the normal time.

Delivery time is calculated from receipt and confirmation of your order.

All orders which are sent directly to your address will be added to the postage of DKK 12 euro using GLS with distribution, for purchase over 100, - Euro the freight is free.

Any customs fees and/or import duties incurred on delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please note that Glamourmom has no control over these charges nor can we predict what they may be

On all items purchased and paid on there is a 14-day return policy.

When returning, please ensure that the goods are properly wrapped. You own the responsibility for the package / goods until we receive it. Therefore,  save mail and possibly track and trace number.

You must pay the cost of returning the item yourself when you regret.

IMPORTANT! We expect you to ship the goods as soon as possible after you have notified repentance and you must return them within 14 days after you have regretted

When we receive the item, we will check it and you will be refunded the amount you have given for the goods ex. delivery costs.

The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method with which you paid the purchase. Do you have, for example. Paid by card, the purchase amount will be returned to the payment card you used to purchase.

NOTE: You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the product is impaired because:

• You have actually taken the item, eg the item has been opened.

• It has been damaged while you were responsible for it.

• You have handled the item differently than was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and manner of the goods.

• You have not followed the restrictions on the cancellation right resulting from sealing, item type
